E55 Coilover Conversion with Arnott Spring Perch?

Hi folks,

Has anyone successfully leveraged the Arnott rear spring perch (https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/mer...-amg-arn-c2675) instead of swapping the entire control arm? Wondering if this is a viable option.

Thanks!

It Will work

those weren’t available back when we started doing conversions without buying their whole kits
nice to see they smartened up.

I just finished installing the Arnott's kit on my 2006 E55. Other than an issue with a protruding bushing in the rear upright which needed to be pressed back to receive the control arm, all was pretty straight forward. Thanks again to the help I got here. I didn't bother with the piggyback electronics as I only get a "visit workshop" message at start-up which goes away with a button press and doesn't return until the next start-up. The high ride height also is reducing as things settle down.
