Can anyone advise why my door handles lights dont come on when I unlock my e43 AMG car

 

You are posting in the wrong forum, you have a much newer e-class, a 213 chassis. This is the 211 forum. However, check your vehicle settings in the cluster or comand under lighting, you probably have them switched off.

 

Please double check which forum you are posting in, next time (should be w213). Regarding your concern: the lights are automatically turned off during the day, so don't expect them to turn on if it's light out (based on the rain/light sensor in the windshield). If they're not turning on at night, check the vehicle settings in the comand unit.
