Amazing where I can come across an E55.

This one is off of Somerset Road on the South side of San Antonio. First photo is a picture of the used car dealer's home (E55 not in the photo) and the other is an overhead shot where you can see the E55 next to the gate. He just pulled the dealer plates off the car and the rear suspension is sagging so I'm thinking this may be an opportunity to excel...

What is the background story to this? Another E55 or opportunity to fix a car?

It's Google Maps. I've been watching that car for months trying to decide if I wanted to make an offer on it. I think I could have gotten it fairly inexpensively and brought it up to par for not much money (famous last words!). But the same day I posted this, forum user Leo up in Massachusetts posted he was looking for a Flint Grey E55 AMG which is exactly what this one is. I gave Leo a heads up and then stopped by the guy's house and left Leo's contact info for him. Here's hoping Leo buys it and removes the temptation from before me.

The aerial photos are not real time; they are dated photos and updated every so many months/years.

I'm guessing that's what you mean by saying you've been keeping an eye on the car.

I first saw that E55 around January of this year. The satellite shot was tagged 2019 and actually has the E55 in the photo so I thought that was kind of cool. If Leo and the owner can reach a tentative deal, I offered to stop by and run a test on the car and check out systems' status and see what maintenance was logged in the CGW. If results are okay, he can then decide if he wants to continue to work the deal.

You're the man, man! Such a beautiful color. Appreciate the help.
