My wife just doesn't understand...

So yesterday, we're driving in traffic (in my wifes SUV) on the 101 in socal...and I glance over and see a new E55. I haven't seen one in awhile on the freeway, so I was in aaaawwww. I just got my E320 a month ago - I love it. But, I happen to mumble... "Oh I want that car so bad!"...couldn't keep it in, thought I was just thinking it. Well, of course, she went off... "You just got your car, now you don't like it...blah, blah, blah".

I tried to explain.. "I got the little cousin in the family. All the great looks and attitude of the family, but she'll always be a little behind..." ..Its not the beast!!

She eventually understood.

...oh yeah, did I mention the extremely hot girl (early 20's at most) driving...that didn't help matters for my gawking at the car...

One day she (the E55, not the girl driving) will be mine (or her older sister at the time), but for now I love my e320 and am glad to be in the same 'family'.

I know how you felt. I've been through the same phase. It's that time of the month.

Just to let you know, she just stopped complaining, she does not understand!!! As one husband to another.........take my word for it. My wife does not understand how I can buy a car and sell it for a profit after working a long time to get it. Even though I am a broker and buying and selling is my job.

I felt the same way....almost 2 years later my dream comes true. Just give it few more years and "early 20's" will be yours.
