Interior question
Interior question
Now that I have an E55 -- which I love and which has been essentially trouble-free -- I need to clean it. I have a couple of questions: What is MB-Tex? Apart from the seats, what parts are MB-Tex and what parts are leather? To what parts do I apply leahter cleaner and to what parts do I use MB's `interior cleaner'?

theitalianjob is correct regarding MB-Tex. As for cleaning nappa leather, I don't use any cleaning agents, but rather use a slightly damp cloth and wipe down lightly. Make sure it's a clean piece of cloth, though. You don't want lint all over the seats after the wipes.

Thanks, all. One of my problems is to figure out which parts are leather and which parts MB-tex. e.g., what are armrests, backs of front seats, lowere parts of seats, head restraints made of.
