Pump running non stop in trunk killing the battery - is it the dynamic seat pump?
SubscribeMy battery died overnight, it was as dead as Abe Lincoln. It was perfect just the day before, not a hint of anything wrong. I charged it back up, Solar tester says it's still good. I do hear some sort of pump in the drivers side sidewall of the trunk running. Is that the dynamic seat pump? Why would it be running non stop? How do I disable it? Those seats annoy the heck out of me anyway. Any other ideas?

Maybe it's working all the time because it cant build up the pressure? (theres a leak)
I don't have the dynamic seats, just the multi contour ones but I also have a small compressor in the left side of the trunk. It's dead since I bought the car so I assume you can just unplug the power from it and you'll be good.

Yes. Unhook all the lines, take the two bolts off and toss it in the trash.Originally Posted by Doug427
