left rear sitting lower than right

This has not been a good week. First the stalling issue I posted elsewhere. Now I noticed that the left rear is sitting pretty significantly lower than the right. Now, i'm not sure if it's been this way or just happened. I have almost 2,000 miles of driving to do this week, and i'm getting very nervous that I'm gonna have a problem.

Ouch, unbalanced body... not good. You're bound to have a problem sooner or later with that. I would consult the dealer.

Hope it goes well and gets fixed.

2004 E500 4MATIC
Interesting that you are seeing this. Mine is not an E55 but a 2004 E500--purchased about 2 months ago. While on a recent trip, I noticed numerous times that the left rear seemed to be sitting much lower than the right, but I thought it was just the slope of the driveway or something. But then at other times there would be a big gap, it would seem, between the rear tire and wheelwell, with the car parked in basically the same spot on the driveway.

Not trying to fuel a fire here, and hoping for the best, but I'll pay more attention to this.

I have heard that this is a relatively common W211 malady. Sounds like an airmatic issue.
