Had this code come out today (pic below) while driving. A few weeks back I had my expansion tank tube break. To be it home I taped it up and put a gallon of Prestone in the tank. When I replaces the tube I lost some more coolant and put in some Peak euro to top it back off. Would the different coolant or it be a bad thermostat causing the CEL? It does take a while for the engine to get to temp and had the engine fan come on early when I put the heat on (not sure it that matters) Thanks.
