SBC Break warranty/recall
I have a 2005 E320.. Brakes failed on the road. break light failure flashed and cal came to a stop. A shop that specializes in MB certified the SBC failure. The dealer wants money up front just to check out the car because some majestic code doesn't show up on the computer. This is the second time with this car. The call center brushed me off and refused to pas me on to their supervisor. What recourse do I have?

Posting your location would help. The SBC extended warranty is only for the US.
