LOL. She is very cool. I'm just really impressed by the way i've always been treated there. I've read lots of horror stories here about dealers trying to screw people and I never have to worry about that. It was pretty funny the last time I dropped the car off, I told my service advisor that I would need a ride home and he said no problem. I expected a kid from the back to drive me home but I go outside and the service manager is waiting for me. He drives me home and I mention that I had sent an e-mail to this GM and he already knew because they were talking about it the day before. I don't know if I should be impressed or disappointed that spending this kind of money doesn't offer this kind of service at every dealer.
