My car has some kind of oil leak, not bad. I removed the under trays, cleaned up everything nicely, parked in the garage and checked the floor for whole week and there's nothing on the floor. When I took it out for a drive, I drove it hard, full throttle a few times. The next day, I saw oil leak on the floor. So what possible went wrong here?
Could be leaking from numerous places. With a 15 year old car it’s time to seek and find the origin of the leak from a visual under and on top of the car.
Then you can rule out the drain plugs and bottom of the oil pan. Lots of other places for the engine to leak oil when running, from the valve covers down. The suggestion is to find the wet spot on the ground and follow it up to the source. There really isn’t many other ways.
The car had valve cover gasket leaks accouple times and it's been fixed, I don't see any leak from the top. Nothing on the floor, will get under the car again to check. Thanks.
Just got underneath the car and again no leak found, even with normal driving. Aggressive driving does cause some leak but when I get home after that, leaks are everywhere and it's hard to tell where it comes from.
I had a leak from the oil cooler lines, there was a slight tear that was exacerbated by bad engine mounts and when I would go up into the high rpms it would gush out and down the front of the engine.
Can you get a sound clip of your car on and off throttle?
My PCV valve one way check valve blew out and I heard a faint whistle and my engine oil level light came on.... I had to get my car home, so I put duct tape on the check valve so it wouldn't suck in air. Put in reserve oil. Got home and replaced the PCV and rebuilt my intake manifold.
There was definitely oil residue in all of the cylinders, especially the rear cylinders 3,4,7,8

There is no CEL. The car runs well, I haven't noticed any difference with the drive.
The last time I had the oil changed, I also had the rear lower oil pan reseal as per suggestion of the mechanic. There was no leak before that but around a month later I stared to see oil leak collected on the belly pan. I've been checked this area and it seems like it has minor leak around the gasket. Not enough to have oil dropped on the floor. I need to confirm that there is gasket for rear lower oil pan and RTV sealant is used as gasket for this. Is this correct? Thanks.
Is blowby an issue on your car? Take off the 710 cover when the car is running and see how much vapor/mist is coming out.
So I took off the oil cap while engine was running and there was some oil splash out. I thought this is normal. No? This area is dry and clean, no evidence of leak here.

With the right precautions (rear tire chocks, sturdy jack stands) I think the next step is to get the car in the air like you had in the pics you took get the engine warm and shine a light all over the place from the bottom, and possibly have someone do the same from the top. Then have someone give the engine some revs and see if you can see anything happening.
Just be careful, but that's how guys with jalopies find their leaks. I've done it enough times on my Land Rovers

There shouldn't be much oil pushed out. As i understand it if a 3x5 notecard can be pushed out of place when it is on the oil fill hole at idle, there's too much blowby. It only gets worse at higher power/rpm.
Have you done a compression test? Is your PCV system working properly?
