What HP should I see with these mods?

When I initially got the car, I was taking off the intake, and a rubber gasket/ring might have came off of the inside of the intake Y tube that connects to the TB. I never bothered to replace it because I thought it was from some other thing that the previous owner screwed up (it looks like they either half-assed, or didn't know how to do a lot of the work on the car). Here is a video of how my intake sits on my throttle body. Should it have that much play, or should it feel solid? It feels like there is a little gap where I stick my finger at the end of the clip, barely big enough for me to feel. If that's the issue, then is there a part number for the part, and would I need to Re-tune once I fix it, since I tuned it when it was unhealthy?

Everybody and their grandma can pull football fields on a 55k. These cars are a decade past their prime, most of us shouldn’t try to play out of our league.

Agreed. I am at 490whp with an 83mm pulley. No plans for any more mods. This car is for torque, ideally need some turbo's and a more modern engine design (quad cams, 4 valves, variable valve lift, duration and timing are all now possible) for easier power.
