NEED HELP PLEASE!! Fuel blowing out of spark plug
Hi guys just wanna to let everyone know to see if I can get some help and any suggestions will be greatly appreciated or someone can point me in the right direction, my Mercedes Benz E63 last night has some serious issues and driving on the highway at of around 55 miles per hour my car started smoking and hesitating severely (smoking blue smoke) this morning I took it apart and I've notice while I was about to start a compression test I noticed spark plug number 4 I'm gonna post a video for you guys to see and help me tell me what it is that's wrong with this if this is supposed to be I removed all the spark plugs and decided to do a compression test 1 by 1 when I've noticed this.
This is blowing fuel from spark plugs hole number #4 My question is this normal after removing all spark plugs and starting a compression test from experience definitely not. But? Need hlp please 😭😢😥
Sorry 😞 Guys I don't know how to upload video that's why I'm putting these photos.

Yes stuck open injector, I would recommend changing out all 8 injectors for peace of mind.

For some reason, the injectors in M156's need to be replaced every 50k or so as a preventative maintenance item. If you have not already done so, you should replace the head bolts and lifters while you are in there.
