No physical meets, no problem. Welcome to MBWorld's first-ever virtual show and shine, an opportunity to show off your Mercedes to the entire community and win some great prizes!
We've teamed up with Avalon King to give away products that will have your Mercedes looking at least as good as new. One grand prize winner will receive nearly $200 of goods that includes three of Avalon King's Armor Shield IX DIY Kits, two bottles of Prep Shampoo, two bottles of Ceramic Maintenance Shampoo, and two bottles of Ceramic Booster Spray. Plus, two runner-up winners will each receive their own pair of Armor Shield IX DIY Kits.
To participate, simply reply to this thread before September 1, 2020 with a photo of your Mercedes. Whether you take it on a socially-distanced drive or just roll it into your driveway, any photo of your car - and any model of Mercedes - is eligible. And like any good show and shine, we'd love to hear about the modifications and customizations that truly make it yours.
You can learn more about Avalon King on their official website, and about their Armor Shield IX DIY Kit by clicking here. Full contest rules can be found in the PDF attached below. Good luck and we can't wait to see your Mercedes!
Here’s my 07 E63, I try my best to maintain my vehicle to a high standard. And I‘ve suck tons of money into not just the mechanicals, but also interior and exterior. Here is my 2005 Mercedes E55 and it has just over 60k miles. The exterior color is Capri Blue C359 and the interior has the factory two tone blue inserts in the seats and doors panels. It has most options minus distronic.
It’s lowered, riding on Vossen VSF1, 20X9.5 front with 245/30-20 tires and 20X10.5 rear with 285/30-20 rear tires.
The car retains its stock internals engine with the following mods:
Eurocharged ECU/TCU Tune
K&N filters
UPD Belt Wrap Kit
82 mm TB
550 CC Injectors w/Looped Fuel Rail
185 mm Crank Pulley
ARH Long Tube Headers
200 CELL Race Cats (now deleted)
Meziere Front Pump
FTP Larger Front Intercooler
Ice Tank Trunk Mounted w/Rule2000 Pump
Rear IC Cooler w/fans Mounted Behind Rear Bumper
Wavetrac LSD
Quarter mile time is 10:39 @134 mph. Credit for that run goes to the previous owner.
The car has had an overall recon recently performed by me. Some refinishing was done to repair rock chips along with some sanding and polishing of the factory painted panels.
Here is my Silver Miracle, I call her the story of Rags to Riches
She started as 03 E500 And then I had an accident with her so I decided to redo her the way I wanted to, did a complete front end overhaul by going with the 07 conversion all Oem parts minus the grill. Also redid a few things in the interior. Before the Facelift
Wheels are MRR GT7 wheels 19x8.5+32 on the front and 19x9.5 +35 on the rear
Replaced Radio with an Xtron Touchscreen Radio and sourced little pieces here and there to complete The interior.
My all stock 07 E63 that helped me to start my own YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/c/accentoncars) 3 month ago: 17K views and counting. I love keeping my car stock. The only modification I would make to it would be a carbon-fiber interior like Yuille36 above. I actually saw this product on YouTube recently and wanted to give it a shot. But I need to get the car professionally washed and prep before applying the coating.
Awesome Giveaway, here is my 2009 E63. I try to maintain this as immaculate as possible. Although black is one hard color to keep clean, the pain and effort makes it shine like no other. I’ve modified my car to sound like a true AMG with VRP Long Tube Headers, Carbonio AirBox with K&N filters, and a Eurocharged V7 tune. I’ve yet to put my carbon fiber touches on the car but will start with a splitter and spoiler. Than jump in the interior with some carbon fiber overlay. Also you may notice my S65 AMG rims that I believe are one of the best looking rims Mercedes has done. Clean and simple is how I like to look at my car.

My 1994 E320 cabriolet. During my ownership I put the AMG kit and wheels on, H&R springs & Koni shocks. Been restoring it mechanically recently starting with rebuilding the entire top and front of the motor(detailed write up can be found on my build thread). Plan on making sure it's mechanically sorted and clean.
My 2002 E430. Was my daily driver for 3 years and 50,000 joyful miles. This is the car that really made me a Mercedes enthusiast. Started collecting parts for it and it kind of spiraled out of control. Car has full AMG body kit, interior, exhaust and much more. I got it painted a few years ago and since retired it from daily duty.

My 2003 E55, affectionately known as Helmut. Bought sight unseen from a dealer on the other side of the country, (equivalent to buying in CA from NY). Took two weeks for the car to be shipped across and delivered to my place. To say i was excited when it turned up was an understatement
Stock as a rock apart from the aftermarket 20's the previous owner fitted. The roads where i live are terrible, so they've since been swapped for some W212 E500 wheels temporarily while I decide what wheels i'd like to fit myself. Will eventually go with some nice 19's.
Made me proud to use it as the wedding car for my eldest daughter's wedding.
My baby with her baby... Proud dad moment unlocked... First outing after taking delivery... At the mecca of Aussie motorsport... Mt Panorama, Bathurst.
