ECU failure or?

Weird thing that we found out... when its doing all the crazy stuff if you go and disconnect injector 8 everything goes back to normal but as soon as you reconnect it all the lights come back.
We did try another stock injector same thing.
Also I am not sure about this but when you pin the connection from the ecu injector pin (negative) to the injector plug (positive) and the key is not turned the multimeter beeps only when it touches the plug (positive)
but when the key is turned all the way you can put the positive on any part of the engine and it will beep.
