Boost Problem
Hello Everyone!
Previously i had UPD bwk on E55 with 180mm weistec cp , it had 550HD belt , last week i added upd 83mm sc pulley to match the combo 180/83 with retune plus 550cc injectors , Long tube , 82mm tb and one step colder spark plugs, i tested the car on 550HD it had boost only 11.5-12 which I suspect slippage , so i ordered 545HD belt , i tried it boost 12 and later on after 2 pulls the belt has shredded into pieces...
IAT is perfect as i have 2 intercoolers and tested in cold weather, no high IAT.
Also the same problem on another car with methanol+ice tank , max boost also 12 psi , tested the fuel pump while on dyno , giving 5.5 bar.
What do you think ? Any help is much appreciated
