I am from a place (Jersey) where cobras are a very popular car to have. I have more than a handfull of friends who own 03 and 04 cobras. A few stock and a few with pulley and exhaust. My 03 e55 is completely stock and I have almost never never been dusted, either off the line, from a rolling start btwn 5-10 mph or even on the highway starting around 60 mph to around 135-140mph. There were a couple of times that the cobra was inching up on me and it seemed that it might pass me if we kept going past 135 mph. I am not sure why that is, but that is just from what i encountered. It is possible that my friends may not be the best of drivers, but even they admit and acknowledge that in a straight, a cobra with pulley and exhaust is not as fast as a stock e55. So, therefore i feel that a pullied e55 would flat out destroy a pullied cobra. On a road course it may be a different story. I have no experience on a course, so i have no right to say anything about a cobra verse e55 running around a track.

mentioning of killabyte and MBE55AMG's race is like beating a dead dog with a stick.... 
Its on video and at taht race the E55 owned teh cobra... now I dont see a video with the E55 getting owned by anything!!!
