w211 Resonator delete
Hi,
I'm going to be deleting the resonators on my 2007 e63. I need to order the straight pipe but I can't seem to find how long the resonator is so I can order enough pipe. Would someone have this information? The car is currently stored so access is tough for me to go and measure.
Thanks,
Paul

Thanks. My buddy has a hobby shop with a lift and welder and we're doing it as a small fun project. I know it's inexpensive to have it done...just wouldn't be as much fun.

I went secondary cat delete and a custom x-pipe where the resonators were, cost me $300. The shop that I went to does a lot of Lamborghinis and other high end exotics. The owner of the shop had an E63 and talked me into removing the secondary cats, he said I'd be back in two months asking to do it.
After I got the car I ripped underneath an overpass and I was blown away, at first I thought I'd made a mistake, but cruising there is almost no drone and wide open it's as if hell let loose.
Have fun!
