King of the Beasts
The M113k platform has a pretty much standard set of mods (and variations thereof) which many owner's (people in this forum ) enthusiastically upgrade their cars with. Many here would be unaware of the CLK DMT which was available between 2004-2006. Aside from an upgraded exhaust and improved cooling the Widebody CLK DTM included unique mods such as more boost, revised camshafts, better flowing cylinder heads, racing forged pistons, strengthened crank case, upgraded oil system and a more responsive transmission. Of special note is the awesome dashboard which included a speedo which went to 360km/h, to support the 582HP and 590TORQUE in a lighter than E Class body. This "King of the Beasts" will have to remain a dream for myself and others here, as during the 3 years of production only 100 were built.

Thanks for the heads up Dokus, although I wasn’t anywhere near as impressed by the P900. They moved to the naturally aspirated m156, which by itself is an outstanding motor, although it was installed into the DTM without any additional work yielding a far less impressive powertrain than the modded m113k. Also in the looks department I much preferred the original, although this is purely subjective.
