Hey all, I have an E63 gauge cluster in my car (came with it when I bought it) and I wanted to know if any of you with those noticed if the RPMs are reading accurately especially at high RPMs. I've noticed that my car will shift 1-2 2-3 at 7,000 RPM (That's what it's showing me) on full throttle. Originally, I thought it might have been an aftermarket TCU causing it to shift that high, however, it'll still shift at 7,000 with MK ULTRA's TCU which I read has a shift point of 6300. I've read that if the cluster isn't calibrated through STAR the MPH will read inaccurately after 160mph. Wondering if that's the same case with the RPM readings.

I don't find this usual, as my E63 shifts that high, when you really get on it from a dig.

The redline on E55s start around 6K though.

Actually the redline for the E63 is actually 7200 rpm.
