Agreed. I sent money for the supercharger setup and have been ghosted after payment was sent. Will be filing through PayPal and credit card companies to dispute charges.

Crazy I’ve seen this it’s car for sale, luckily I’m in cali and he was supposed to “meet up with me” for the parts so I could see them before buying glad I didn’t fall for his tricks whoever has his info should file a report

Probably a legal distinction between theft and fraud here.

People willingly giving you money under the promise you will provide them a sale is likely not considered "theft" under the strictest legal sense, but is instead "fraud."

Yeah update
called the police in Temecula CA. They told me I had to contact my local police to file, and they would get in contact with them. A cop came by my work so I asked him, he said due to a shortage of cops the best bet is to go to the court to file a fraud claim.
