supercharger pulley & tune question - ecu adaptation period?
When you do a supercharger pulley and box tune, does it take an adaptation period/ECU learning the new parameters before you see full potential from the mod and the tune? On prior cars I've owned, this seemed to be the case after a couple weeks of driving and "breaking in" the ECU. Just curious what experience folks have with the supercharger pulley upgrade and box tune, does it take time to see the full potential or is it immediate? Thanks in advance.
having said that, I will say the car has felt stronger each and every time I’ve driven it since doing the upgrades (4 days). A few kickdowns and the sneaky reset once after the tune, car is much more violent than before pulley/tune. I might contribute that to the weather mostly, low 70/high 60s vs 95+ high humidity. Boost peaks at 13.1ish in 3rd per dashcommand.
