I thought the bearing was bad so I replaced it and it’s still is acting funny, when I step on the gas it pulls for a second and then revs high and jerks not sure what the problem is now. Maybe the magnet? Please help

Based on your limited description, it sounds more like a slipping transmission than a supercharger problem.

I agree, supercharger not engaging will not cause revs to climb any faster, should still be a smooth sweep just with a lot less power. If revs are jumping around you've got other issues than the supercharger. First step you need a proper Mercedes diagnostic computer, not OBD2, and pull any codes from the ECM and TCU.

I took a video of what was going on also removed the supercharger belt to make sure that wasn’t the problem. I recently changed my conductor plate and it fixed my issue with the car not knowing to shift up or down, I wonder if I can replace the shift solenoids to fix the problem now or will I have to find a new transmission

Sounds like the trans is done. Fluid will have a clutch burnt smell to it if you check it.
