regarding the key - it is a couple day process so you prob won't be able to make mb Rochester work . I'd shop around the tri-state for the best deal...anythings gotta be better than the manhattan price

It depends on a number of things. From what I have seen, the front air struts are more likely to be replaced sooner than the rear air springs. At the age and mileage that the car you are looking at is I would budget for a set of Arnott replacement air struts. They are about $440 each at RockAuto. Rear air springs are $370 each.
If the intercooler water pump has never been changed I would plan on doing that some time soon as well. It runs around $130. You can check to see what the intake air temps are during cruise or hard acceleration to determine if it has failed yet. Mine was bad when I bought the car, but the previous owner didn't drive it hard enough to notice.

What I had posted about was the supercharger intercooler water pump failing, not the supercharger itself. It is fairly easy to check if you have an OBDII reader that can display intake air temp. In cruise, it should be about 20 degrees about ambient air temp.
