E55 fuel surge tank thoughts/opinions
I am currently in the process of gathering information and doing research on how to best prepare my car for E85. One idea is to utilize a fuel sure tank from radium or deatschwerks using 2 walbro 450 fuel pumps(p/n f90000274) and have the factory pumps maintain the fuel level in the surge tank while the walbro pumps supply the needed pressure and have the return line from the fpr back to the surge tank and a over flow line from the surge tank back to either the passenger or driver side of the fuel hat. Tell me what you guys think and if this is a viable setup.

That sounds like an enormous amount of work with no gain and parts taking up space that is unneeded.
The basics.....Two 450 Walbros, all 3/8 lines internal of the tank, #8 line to the front, #6 return, and a Radium valve to feed the other side of the tank since you have removed all factory fuel tank fuel balancing.

Fuel tank.
Your going to be in deep with this project and need to plan it out well or you will have problems.
Look up "Walbro 450 PUMPS"on this forum and do some research. I have done a complete system as well.
