Just got a S600 for my Girlfriend
The 05 S600 that I bought for my girlfriend just came in. It is Black/Java, and has every option except the Desgino package. The V12 is a really nice engine. It 590 torque really plants you in the seat. It actually seems as fast as my E55. 493 horespower feels really nice, yets its such a smooth car. I really want to try taking the ESP off and doing a few nice burnouts when the car is broken in a little more. I really like how big it is in the back. It actually sounds very good. There are two exaust pipes out the back, but not 4 like the AMG's. When your driving it and you change lanes I can deffinitly tell that it is a heavier car. It is so smooth. I love the 5-Speed transmission, though I miss the SpeedShift buttons like on my E55. I was really a gift to her since her birthday was 3 days ago, she had a 03 S500 and that was a nice car but I like the power of the 600 much more. I can't wait to try driving it a little more. I highly recommend the car to anyone who is in the market for a S600 or any S-Class at all.

2 things:
1) It is a 5 speed. 7 speed can not take the tq of the V8K and V12 motors.
2) I sure have never seen a dealership take a car back just because you dont like it. Sounds really fishy to me. If you gave it back you took a huge hit. That car is worht 5k less after you drove it home so they will give you 10k less than what you paid. Its how the business works. No getting around that.

I REALLY don't get why people do this.. I would feel worse if I said I had 65's and p-cars and what not and when I go out to my garage I'd find a frekkin' toyota yaris or a vw beetle or something like that...
