High pitched whistle noise only at cold starts
Hi, recently my 2009 E63 is making a whistle noise upon cold starts and seems temperature dependent. Once the engine warms up the noise is gone, typically after 5-10 mins after driving.
I noticed one day when it was super cold outside, the whistle noise was super loud. On one day when it was already super-hot by mid-day and I started the car, it was not as audible.
Any ideas on what the issue is?
