Viano w639 2nd _ 3rd gear vibration

Viano w639 2nd _ 3rd gear vibration
Hay.
In need of help. My viano 2.2 with auto gearbox vibrates In second gear at 20 mph and then in third at 40mph, It even does it downhil if I touch accelerator , it doesn't do it if I Coast in neutral thou. I have changed 3 litres of atf yesterday , only managed 3 as couldn't get access to torque converter. Vibration is really annoying and feels like it's getting worse.
