Airmatic pump loud & red warning

Hello all, my 06 CLS55 out of blue would not lift up after being parked for 12 hours. I got the red warning on cluster stating too low to drive. The pump does work but sounds 2x as loud as it used to. I think the compressor piston seal may have failed. I listened for leak at the front and rear air struts/bags but could not hear anything. Using my icarsoft MBII scanner code 5500 is present stating front axle is critically low. I am thinking it's just the pump but wanted to run past you all. I have changed the filter and feed hose a couple years ago to the airmatic pump. If it is a pump, what is the consensus on going with Wabco or Arnott?
Thank you!

It most likely is the pump. You can get a rebuild kit for the pump for around $70 if I remember correctly. Or buy the new pump from FCPEuro. Lifetime warranty through them.

If you replace the pump, you also need to replace the airmatic pump relay

Sounds good, I was looking at fcpeuro since I buy most of my parts via them. They have a Wabco pump kit that had the bushings and relay too but I'll have to look at my bushings at they are original still. I'll look up the rebuild process too. Thanks!
