The rebuildable style you had installed without question will last a very long time with minimal increase in vibration. ELIMIVIBE engine mounts are an advancement of those engine mounts in all aspects especially comfort. The ELIMIVIBE mounts offer OEM like vibration/comfort levels.
That is kind of a tricky question to answer because there are many different factors to determine an actual temp at which the poly will start to melt. With that said, our ELIMIVIBE engine mounts polyurethane melting temp is over 300*F.
