I'm trying to switch the bulbs for the rear map/dome light on my w211 E63 with panoramic sunroof without breaking them!!

How do you removed them?

pry on the long flat edge side. You should be able to see a tab area to press in from the side and then pull down. Small flat head or a trim pick tool is best. Also be careful as the ambient light in side is connected with a ribbon cable.
