Ask your dealer. Mine's hookin me up with the regular 3-pieces and theyre painting them for me under warranty.

It is a bit agressive, especially if the W211 is lowered. The 19-in offset for a W211 without having the need to mess with rolling your fenders and getting concerned with the tire shoulder is 35mm front and rear.

The R230 SL65 (like my bosse's) factory wheels have an offset of 30 and 31... it would fit a W211, but the tires should have a "round" shoulder (i.e., Michelin PS2) to be safe.

BTW - the R230 SL65 wheels are about $980 a piece.
