Car battery/coding problem?
My e55 battery is completely dead every morning. I had a new front and rear battery put in , had the alternator tested and nothing helped. I took it to another mechanic who found a draw coming from the overhead control unit, cd changer, and alarm siren and he disconnected them all. The car was fine for 1 day and it died again on the second day. I took the car to 2 more mechanics to see if they can find another draw and they cant find anything. At this point im not sure what else I can do. The only thing I can think that might be causing the problem is that I recently got my airmatic replaced with coils and the system coded to remove the airmatic error code. Although the mechanic ensures me that the problem cannot come from the coding. If anyone can help me please i’ve been trying to solve this problem for months.
