Glad to hear, time for me to stop being lazy and tackle the job. Did you have a ventilator/fan to help?

It doesn't smell that bad. It reminded me of a sweaty horse in a barn.

So the skunk still wins in terms of the smell?

I serviced my supercharger oil yesterday, the hardest part is getting the fill plug back in...

I didnt even notice the smell, again: the differential oil is wayyyy worse imho!

This was the result (1 year old oil). More pics in my build thread here: https://mbworld.org/forums/c219/8443...ml#post8812105

I just had an Indy shop replace mine at 50k miles. He actually suggests changing it every 50k so I'm good for a long time. Funny thing is I called the local Mercedes dealer and asked them about changing it; there response was this: "I don't even know if that is serviceable". 🤦‍♂️
I Was supposed to get a follow-up call from them but never heard back. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I guess it's all what your nose is sensitive to. The limited slip oil is for sure nasty !!!
For me with an under house garage both oils tend to hang around for some time especially if you spill some.
Your oil looks pretty clean as well for the miles.

Indeed, the year before it was few shades darker. I can imagine that was the first time it was serviced...

@SICAMG Hahah I dont plan on doing to much with the boost to be honest But I do replaced the supercharger pulley bearing last year hehe

For now I have these in mind: shorty headers, 82mm TB, bypass valves on the rear mufflers and maybe a 84mm pulley or so (nothing too wild).
