Permanantly seal sunroof/pull the fuse?
Has anyone else done this? My car is not pano, I never use the sunroof so I am thinking of sealing and disabling it. The leaks are destroying my headliner and im afraid it will eventually turn to mold or mildew, ruining my car.
If anyone has done this - what procedure did you use and what regrets do you have, if any?

from what I've read most who go the permanent route use some form of flexible sealant and just gob it in there (not so much that its visible after), then press the glass down onto the sealant and simply disable the motors. All routes involve a lot of sealant. Its a matter of what type of sealant you choose really

I have a panoramic sunroof in my E63, that I rarely open. Last year, I had to replace the motor, as the roof was stuck open.
Luckily for me, it was just the motor and not the whole cassette that needed to replace. But yesterday, it was 65 degrees in Northern VA, and I had it wide open
