Replacement D2S HID Bulbs: OK for Bi-Xenon?

I was wondering if there are any problems with buying a new set of D2S HID bulbs and installing them in my Bi-Xenon lamps. I want a bulb with a higher Kelvin rating, 8000K. I have done this to my last 3 cars with no problems but none of my previous cars had Bi-Xenon lamps. Does it make a difference? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mercedes-Benz
just a dimmer headlight beam. Try and go with a reputable brand.

But there are no other issues, mechanical wise?

Nope I replaced mine with a higher Kelvin, I just cant remember which company. There are no problems, headlights still turn with the car when going into a corner and what not. I just had the dealer re-align the headlights to make sure everything was OK.

It's only bulb replacement. There is really no issue upon using aftermarket d2s as long as it's a quality set of pair.
