Evosport Mods?
Hey,
I'm new to the E55, looking to get one in the next 6-12 months. Trying to figure how much money i'll have to put in it to make it a worthy competitor the the new C6 and M5. I was thinking 10K should take care of it. For you guys out there with the Evosport Stage 1+2, is it worth it? Does it affect the daily driving of the car? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
-Joe

Save your $10K for something else. The E55 will not only compete with the C6 and M5 but may even beat them in straight line shoot out. Several members have posted low 12s times in the 1/4 mile bone stock. Remember that the C6 is a sports car and the E55 is a heavy 4 door sedan. If I recall, the E55 has posted better times in straight line performance then the current stock Z06, the C6 will not be any faster.
You will be very happy with your purchase.

I would also probably say save your money. I did the Renntech stage 1, and while happy I don't know if I would do it again. I could probably think of something else to do with 5K.
