Ceratec vs Motorkote oil additives

I don’t mean to start a whole oil additive topic war, but I really want to recommend MotorKote over Ceratec, guys! The first time I heard about MotorKote was from a fellow E63 AMG owner who swore by it. His car sits in his garage through winter. He’d hear lifter tick at first start-up for a few seconds every spring (which is OK). He used to use Ceratec and MoS2. Ever since he switched to MotorKote the lifter noise was gone. His story wasn’t enough to convince me, but I decided to try after seeing impressive results in the Project Farm’s testing on YouTube (Google it). MotorKote beat Ceratec in that test. So I decided to try. And holy moly, my oil temperature is indeed lower at about 97 C when adding MotorKote vs 102 C when adding Ceratec during the same ambient temperature, which confirms exactly what the test said — it reduces internal friction a lot. Anyways, do your own research but I am really impressed. I am not affiliated whatsoever. Wanted to share 👋
