Did you find the culprit yet? If you still have plastic pulleys, replace them all with steel or billet pulleys. Also make sure the tensioners are still good and replace them if needed

yep! Serpentine belt decided it’s time was today. Went ahead and replaced both belts, the top tensioner was good and easy, however the bottom one was the biggest pain in the a** about the job. All is good now, and I’m semi-ready to head to work tomorrow.
