ABS/ESP

E55, The front passenger tire hit a puddle of water (allot of water) late last night and the air suspension was down. It was heavy rain storm that day. The next day I could not get the vehicle out of 1st gear I tried manual shifting as well and the drive mode could not switch it to Sport mode it was disable. ABS/ESP light is on and it's in limp mode. I tried to clear out all codes on my iCarsoft scanner. Some reason It cannot read the SBC brake control system not communicating. I'm thinking the ABS sensor. What else should I look for?

I did the following last week or so
Replace conductor plate/plug with new trans oil, filter and pan gasket
Replace main battery

Bunch of other parts that has nothing to do with the ABS/ESP

it was parked couple of days with 70's F clear temp outside. Reset itself and now it's out of limp mode. I'm thinking the ABS wheel sensor got soaked. the CEL code now is a P0600 (PCM and one or more control modules communication) and P0720 (output speed sensor). I also have a brake switch sensor on my mind along with the front passenger ABS wheel sensor.
