Limited Slip Differential for E55 by AMG Manufaktur

I am proud to announce that Limited Slip Differiential for the W211 E55 will be available from our company in the spring of 2005. It is the LSD made by AMG Unique Manufacturing and will be available in a very limited quantity. If you think the E55 is fast already, imagine an E55 with AMG LSD. What could be better than to get a LSD developed and made by AMG directly?

Also available is the AMG Carbon Fiber Shift Knob, Carbon Fiber interior trimming and AMG F1 steering wheel in Carbon Fiber.

We are the ONLY vendor in North America who can obtain these very special hard to find products. For ordering information, please contact me directly.

How does this differ from the Kleemann LSD that is currently available? What is involved in the install?

Could help with my wheel spin at the track the other day.

Harris,

Wow, what a break through for the W211 crowd! This a very good thing for the true AMG enthusiast.

Wishful thinking here, but is this LSD adaptable to the W210 E55?

Is the OEM warranty still in tact?

Harris:
I have an '04 E55 and am wanting to consider an LSD 3.06 gear for better mid-range pulling and strong 1/4 mile times. Will a 3.06 be available thru you and if so-how much??

I tried to return your e-mail but it kept bouncing back. Did you put my address on your spam mail list? The Kleemann LSD has a different percentage lock (60%). The AMG is 30%. It is a plug and play swap.

Unfortunately, this is not available for the W210. The differential warranty will not be in tact. But it is a genuine AMG part, I cant imagine anything could go wrong.

Don't recommend you to change the gear ratio as it will affect the car's computer. You will need to do A LOT of reprogramming. The AMG LSD is already good enough to give you a much quicker 1/4 mile time.
