A SL55 delivered 8/18/07, and an E55 wagon delivered 5/11/05
Beast Wagon order placed today
Hello everyone on the AMG E55 page, I usually post on the SLK 55 page as I am shortly getting a SLK55 (delivery on 12/13/04). I stopped by to see MarcusBenz at HOI today to iron out a few details of that purchase, my wife started looking at the E500 wagon on the floor and said she wanted one, I told her I would rather have an E55....Marcus being the salesman he is says the E55 will soon be available in a wagon so we placed an order for a 2006 E55 wagon to be delivered December 2005....Wolf

I have one ordered as well which the dealer claims will be built in late December or early January. Dealer also noted December is the first month U.S. Spec. E55 wagons will be produced.
No 4matic option for the E55 wagon at least in the U.S. I also can't figure out why they don't make parktronic available on any of the U.S. spec wagons as it is available in many other countries.
It will be a pretty stealthy machine.
