So maybe the shocks are beat. Take one off and see how stiff it can get with the adjustment from soft to stiff.

Ok, so took off the shock, readjusted the preload and dampening. I'll find out on my long drive home how everything is. But in the meantime if anyone has any idea about the oil level check I would appreciate it

Sensor could be bad.
So did you compress the shock on different settings to see if there was a change when it was out ?

I did, and shock seems fine when on full "stiff" its pretty hard to compress, on soft its not so bad. I think it was bottoming out and I had the wrong adjustment on the shock when it comes to the preload.

Also, sensor was just changed today

UPDATE: After adjusting the preload and dampening correctly, the ride is MUCH better, no more slapping.

I appreciate your help and everyone else too, yes it did fix the suspension ride which I am most likely now going to keep the coilovers and just replace the subframe bushings
