weird vibrations

weird vibrations
Hi guys~ I recently changed my rear right tire, due to a puncture, and have noticed that the wheel seems to slip or spin whenever I press the throttle hard. Also, whenever this happens, The rear end of the car vibrates. This is really annoying. One more thing. My car vibrates at speeds over 75mph. Anyone know what is going on? BTW, the problems I've been having with the preformance lag is suddenly gone. Weird huh? Maybe the cold air is working wonders?? But, I'm sure it will be back one of these days.

I fixed most of the vibrations by re-balancing the car. 
My car is currently at the dealership getting ready to be fixed. They are trying to figure out what's wrong with my car. 
I had an arguement with the service center guy about the Massive Airflow Sensor. He says it doesn't exist on the W211 E55. According to him it only exists on the W210. Is this for real?? I'm pretty sure the W211 E55 has one. Help me out guys.
