Hi everyone,

I own a Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S211 wagon (2007-2009) and I'm looking to install a stainless steel rear bumper protector (loading edge protector) made by SCHATZ.

The product (part# SC247668) is listed as compatible with the W211/S211 wagon, but only mentions E240, E250, E280, E300, E320, E500, and E55 AMG — there is no mention of the E63 AMG.

I know the E55 and E63 have different rear bumper covers. My question is specifically about the TOP SURFACE / LOADING EDGE of the rear bumper — the flat area where you rest items when loading the trunk.

Is the shape and width of this loading edge the same between the E55 AMG wagon and the E63 AMG wagon?

Has anyone with an S211 E63 AMG successfully fitted a rear bumper protector / trunk sill guard? Any experience would be greatly appreciated!
