Installed them almost 4 years ago. The rotational mass reduction of close to 40# is the equivalent to the addition of close to 40hp. Further, the improvement in handling is significant due the the reduction of unsprung weight. Almost every exotic either has or offers lightweight rotors (usually carbon/cermaic) which provides even greater weight reduction. The SLS even uses a carbon fiber drive shaft in a torque tube. Thank you for sharing your your experience from a long term prospective.

Here is a more recent in-depth review and benefit analysis from weight reduction on brake rotors (mileage) by an ML63 (AMG) owner. He replaced his complete 4 corner of stock rotors to RacingBrake light weight two piece rotors:
