Has anyone actually seen a E55 wagon Brochure?

Our sales man told us weeks ago it was due in anytime now and I'm wondering if anyone has actually seen one? I know they did not have it at the LA Car Show but then again they misplaced the car as well

I asked last week as well and was told – SOON.

Last fall when I heard the E55 wagon would be coming to our market, I called MBUSA and they sent me a package which included a CD with press photos, and a preliminary order guide and some general AMG information but no specific E55 AMG wagon brochure.

The E-Class order guide at the following link does contain E55 wagon information including options, colors, etc.

http://www.beckimports.net/PDF%20Files/E-Class_MY05.pdf

There are also a couple of good videos around of the E55 wagon; one was a German automotive program review (in German). They are large or I would post. There may be a link somewhere in prior posts.

They sent it to Detroit before the show opened to the public. The only ones who actually got to see the real car here where the press. It does look fantastic though, doesn't it?

Well the price is now out - $82,500 (base) $3,000 more than the Sedan thus the brochure can't be far behind.

Lady Wolf -
My friend fell in love with the E55 wagon when he first saw it in Japan about a year ago. When he returned he decided to call MB and keep questioning them about it. Here is the thread that I started with the full explanation. Bottom line, he kept bugging them and ended up getting a brochure as well as a CD-ROM and a whole bunch of other goodies. Check it out:

By the time you add the destination charge and gas guzzler tax you are at about $85,000. When I then add the CD changer, Adaptive lights, Nav, Sirius, drive dynamic seats, heat/cool seats, power tailgate (a must) etc. it pushes the MSRP up to about $91,000.

Timing seems to be a moving target right now which I am finding slightly annoying. Dealer I purchased my existing E500 wagon from assured me my E55 wagon would be produced in late December or early January. They now claim March. Sounds fishy but I am not really in a rush. The local dealer is very small but is getting one E55 wagon allocation this year which I grabbed as well. They “believe” their allocation will come up for production in April or May.

Right now we are #3 on our dealers list. He has yet to get a single allocation. That is one reason we decided to wait for a 2006 as it would likely be close to Sept/Oct before we get a build slot anyway. Have you heard anything about there being any facelift for the 2006 as it's the middle of the cars general 6-7 year cycle?
