Selling my '04-E55
E55 - '04 -- FOR SALE
Hate too sell!! - it was bought March '04- has 16,400 miles on it
Brilliant silver-perfect condition// I'm getting into real estate investments(1/2 mil$) and need the 1400 monthly payment freed up!
NO MONEY DOWN - Take over 37 payments left at $1360/month

I'll pull the paperwork tomorrow-but the lease payoff @ lease-end is in the $37,500 vicinity. It truly is an easymoney deal. It was that easy too for me to get into the car.
I also have the option to sell outright-in which case I need $74,900.
Please don't call looking to "lowball" This IS NOT a distress sale. IF it sells(which it does not have to) than I'm investing into a RE Deal. If it doesn't, I'm going to continue to enjoy the Incredible performance!!
