Thumbs up Evosport Customer Service

I want to thank Vadim and crew for their effort in identifying a blower belt throwing issue on my 05. It turns out that the 05 cluch ingagement is different from the 03 and 04s. The Evo guys spent alot of time and effort to identify what needed to be done and the result is a new design for the idler pulley which in the long run will make a better pulley package. I will also add I was not charged for the fix. Ive got stage 1 and 2 and have to say the car rocks.

JMB - It is very nice to hear that Evo Sport has so many satisfied customers, you being the second one in the last week or so that has given them good marks, on this forum, for all their efforts on your E55. - Bob

ones too fast according to CHP!
Thanks for the great words!

As for blackstunna's friends, I am not sure what is going on there. We are just doing the same great work now that we have always done. We obviously cannot please everyone or be perfect 100% of the time, but we do our best to try. If you know someone that legitimately had a bad experience, I would love to talk to them and find out what happened to guarantee it does not happen again to someone else.

Thanks,
Brad

How does the '05 clutch engagement differ from the earlier versions?.Is it a hardware or a software change...or both?.

Did the change in the pulley result in more belt-wrap on the pulley,or was the fix a different approach?.

Steve the cluch on the 05 ingages harder and cycles more from what the guys @ Evo told me. Maybe Vadim can elaborate more as to the problem and thier solution.

Well like you said you can't please everyone... of course you want everyone to be happy but in a normal life it's not going to happen, just how it is.....just keep doing what your doing and you'll be fine......

Evosport is not mbworld. The guys that run Evosport are true car enthusiasts and just happen to have start mbworld as well.

The only connection Evosport has is being a sponser of mbworld.

Strange I have a bone stock 2005 E55 and I never had any problems with the car. Does this problem ONLY exist with the Evo Sport Pully's???????
