If you plan to drive the car in the winter and living in NY you may want to hold on to your stock rims and make them dedicated winter rims with snow/ice tires. Have the new Dunlop WinterSport M3's on the car and last week drove in 3 inches of snow. The car handled like it was AWD. Handled just like the A4 Quattro we use to own.
